Here’s your itinerary.

Month One: Unsnarling

Your snarled, tangled, or confused workflow will be analyzed, diagnosed, and smoothed into functional joyousness.

The Maven will be very nosy, asking you lots of questions about your work style and what your dreams and goals are. She will examine your system including calendars, task lists, and the like. By the end of the Unsnarling process, you will be implementing tools and skills that actually work, feeling the joy of having some smooth and easy-to-maintain routines, and enjoying the pleasure of a renewed sense of possibility.

Month Two: Training Wheels

Practical practice without stress or worrying about falling over.

You’ll have a month to solidify new habits, get accustomed to the joys of getting more done, and cleaning out any remaining backlogs. All the while, the Maven will be right alongside you, helping you solve problems, supplying you with new skills, and keeping you on track.

Month Three: Road-testing

Nothing like the real world to tell you where you need extra traction, stronger bumpers, and more support.

Now that your workflow is fully functional, you’ll subject it to rigorous road-testing. We’ll add some bells and whistles to your system while continuing to grow your confidence and resilience in your skills. By the end of your month of road-testing, you’ll be ready for some bigger challenges.

Month Four: Turbo-charging

Now that you know how to operate your workflow, it’s time to have some fun and see how fast this baby can really go!

The last month will be spent cementing your new progress into place and taking your vision to new heights. You’ll get lots of support in creating checklists, making adjustments, and implementing your newfound productivity prowess. You’ll get a special session on creating a long-term success vision, defining milestones, and putting the right plans in place to keep your momentum going for the path ahead.

And that’s not all!

Throughout the entire process, you get unlimited email support between sessions. You’ll also receive a year’s membership in The League of the Extraordinarily Productive where you’ll rub elbows with your productivity peer-group, have the option of attending teleclasses, get access to the Productivity HQ Library, and much more.

 

How Productification is different from ordinary coaching

This is a productive collaboration adventure. Sometimes your vision gets so clouded by all the tasks and dates and clutter swarming around your head that you just can’t see how to get yourself free. Sometimes you just want somebody to cut through the crap and tell you what to do. And I can do that. And sometimes you want somebody to hold your hand or hold your feet to the fire so you can reach your full potential--and I can do those, too. Regardless of how we work together, here’s what you can expect:
